Therapy Intensives for a weekend Deep Healing in Grapevine, Texas
For clients who feel progress is slow with traditional weekly therapy, a therapy intensive offers a powerful alternative. Instead of waiting months to experience change, therapy intensives provide the opportunity to achieve the equivalent of months of progress within just a few days. Clients often find that it takes 3 to 4 hours of dedicated work to reach a breakthrough, making an intensive session the perfect setting for those ready to dive deep.
We recommend starting with a 15-minute consultation to explore your goals and answer any questions about the intensive process. Pricing varies based on the length.
A therapy intensive is like a retreat: free from daily distractions, both client and therapist are fully dedicated to addressing a specific issue or pattern. In just a weekend, we can accomplish what might take six months in traditional therapy, reaching deep levels of healing that allow lasting change.
After an initial assessment to determine if this approach aligns with your goals, we’ll plan out a schedule customized specifically to suit your needs—typically recommending 1-2 days for new clients. Full-day intensives last 6 hours with breaks, while half-day “mini intensives” offer 3-4 hours of focused therapy. Most intensives are held in our Grapevine, Texas office, though we can arrange alternative locations upon request, including sessions in nature for those who find peace and clarity in outdoor settings. Destination intensives are also in the works, so stay tuned!
